Orders cannot be changed or modified once they are placed, please make sure during the checkout process that you chose the correct product sizing. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order.

If you’re requesting an address change and your order has not been shipped we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at support@compactdiscwonderland.com with your order number and the address you wish to change the delivery to.

If your package has shipped we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact the mail courier as they may be able to change your delivery address or redirect the package ASAP!

All sales are final. Please read our product descriptions, as you will not be able to return or exchange your product.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. A 1-3 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment.

EU Shipping: We offer free EU Shipping for orders over 100€. EU Shipping is 19.99€ for orders under 100€
EU orders are typically delivered 3-7 business days after being processed. Since the pandemic, we have encountered delays on our orders that are unfortunately out of our control.

International Shipping : Our standard shipping rate of 19.99€ applies to all international orders. Transit times can take 10-20 business days depending on the country. Please allow extra time for your order to go through customs. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees.
